Ordering and Shipping Info on Products:
You may order securely online, by fax at 250-592-8815 or by telephone toll-free at 1-800-916-4444.
All orders are shipped via postal service (in Canada, we use Canada Post and in the US we use USPS). Shipping costs are the fair reflection of actual charges. There has been an increase in the cost to ship goods due to high fuel costs. We have had to follow suit and adjust our prices accordingly. Instead of raising the prices on our products, we chose to go with actual shipping costs instead.
There is no sales tax on US orders and no customs on Canadian orders.

Sorry, since we are not in control of the delivery trucks, we can't guarantee your delivery! You can however, use the information below to help determine reasonable delivery expectations. Orders are shipped out of Victoria, Canada. We make every attempt to ship within 24 hours, often shipping the same day your order is placed. Additional time may be added when the credit card and billing/shipping details are incorrect. If you need your order by a specific date you are encouraged to contact customer service to avoid disappointment.
Please Note: There are no Saturday or Sunday shipments or deliveries! Sorry!
Delivery days are based on current carrier performance. Day of shipment is not included in the count. Actual days may be greater during Holiday periods.
Packages are sent by U.S. Post standard service and Canada Post regular expedited, unless airmail service is selected. Shipping times are approximate and may be longer during the busy holiday season. Please allow plenty of time if shipping items as gifts.
Regular (standard) service - approx. 4 to 8 business days Continental US major centers, 5 1to 7 business days Canada. Business days are M-F, holidays and weekends excluded.
Airmail Service Continental US and Canada - 2 to 3 business days major centers (in Canada approx. 1 to 2 business days). See below for shipping rates.
Alaska and Hawaii- shipping charges are the same as continental US for both regular expedited and airmail. Shipping times will be longer than our standard estimated times. Alaska will be approx. 10 to 12 business days for regular expedited delivery and Hawaii will be approx. 31 business days for regular expedited delivery. Please keep these approximate shipping times in mind if your order is time sensitive.
Europe/Australia/Asia- We ship via airmail at the rates listed below. We will not ship sea freight as shipping times can be overly long and there is a greater chance of lost packages this way. Shipping times are generally 10 business days or less.
