Moon Day Oil is a woman's blend of oils which is used to relieve the discomfort of PMS and menstrual cramps.  We have added a soothing blend of lavender, geranium, marjoram, roman chamomile and ginger essential oils to a sweet almond oil and jojoba base. Rub this mixture over the abdomen. Start near the navel, working in small to larger circles. Repeat 3 times.  15ml (roll on oil)
