Customer Service Policy
We are very confident in our products and believe that they will enhance your life, therefore we offer a very generous return/exchange policy on our goods. All returns must be accompanied by a dated copy of your receipt. Please make sure to print it out at the conclusion of your order or save it to your computer, we do not ship additional receipts with the product. We cannot refund shipping costs.

We are so sure you'll love our buckwheat hull pillows we offer a 6 month guarantee, after that there's a 2 year warranty against defects. Try our buckwheat hull pillows for up to 6 months and if you aren't completely satisfied with it send it back for a full refund (less shipping and handling). So give your pillow a good try knowing that, if it is not for you, you can return it. Remember to try different amounts of fill to find out what is most comfortable. (P.S. - our customer satisfaction level is very high, so we get very few pillows back.)
Our washable menstrual pads offer a 3 month guarantee on all unused product. Please just wash one pad and try it out first to see if you like it!
Keepers have a 90 day guarantee. Only Keepers where no more than 1/2 of the stem removed may be returned as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
DivaCups have a 12 month guarantee.
Exclusions:
For reasons of hygiene, underwear and body products will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Cut Flannel is not returnable or exchangeable.
Nature's Ultimate cloths are not returnable or exchangeable once opened.
Sale, discontinued and discounted products are not returnable.
We give you your money back -we do not simply offer credits against other products.
The refund will take the form in which you paid - if you paid by money order you will get a cheque refund, if you paid by credit card you will get a credit card refund, if you pay through our PayPal shopping cart you will be issued a refund via PayPal.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
All returns must be authorized first by calling us at 1-800-916-4444, faxing us at (250) 592-8815 or emailing us at returns@manymoonsalternatives.com. All returns must be accompanied by a dated copy of your receipt (If you've ordered online, please print or save a copy of your receipt to your computer).
If you are in the US, please be sure to send your package via US postal service (not UPS or FedEx, they cannot deliver to a P.O. box) and declare clearly on the shipping label and customs form that the item(s) you're sending back are returned items that originated in Canada and that you're sending them back for refund (even if you're exchanging the items). Mark RETURNED ITEM-NO VALUE, as customs fees might apply otherwise (in which case, we will pass the charges on to you--but if the declaration is clearly made, there will not be extra fees involved). You may use the US Post Office's Global Priority service (flat-rate envelope or package), Regular Letter service, or Regular Parcel service. All returns are to be shipped to us at:
